An interesting Day

What a day yesterday. This saw one of the funniest and busiest Saturday’s for a while. It all started with Matt Swindells birthday. This is an event that sees himself and mates dressing up and going around 32 pubs it seems like this years theme was Cartoons. I believe this event has been going on for 12 years.

During this time we had a family in from Mansfield with dogs – an Airedale and spaniel, it was a little to much for one of them after the cartoon gang

Then, when Paul went to go and watch Congleton football team – not quite the expected result but during this time Barleyhops got very busy and the ever popular Dark Star Brewery – American Pale Ale went – so Barleyhops co-operative stepped in to help. This is where the comedy show started – all was great fun – but can’t thank you all enough for digging in – so Mike, Ray, Claire, Viv. Simon, Midge and Nick – a great team.

Finally due to the planned ale not being ready for serving, a massive thanks to Midge and Nick from Front Row for providing us with a stand in beer. Pride πŸ˜€

I wonder if Amy is going to have the same fun today πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Have a great Sunday
